Poor Traits is an exploration of the self, a self portrait from a time of uncertainty in my own identity. My erratic behaviour is presented on the back panel of a dresser that I destroyed in order to harvest its large surface area to paint on. The panel was uneven and covered in nails that i was too careless to remove before painting. It needed to be then and there.
