Editing Sculpted Sentients became imperative in order to maintain a cyclical process of replication and excretion.
I spent time in the 3D workshop working with plaster to create moulds. I wanted to create a replica face of Sculpted Sentients that could reappear on the final assemblage.

Another avenue I explored was an alternative way of utilising the dust sheets used to form Sculpted Sentients. Instead of draping the textiles, I created a structure that would expand the sculpture. The weave was semi-successful, what bothered me was the appearance of the two textures together. They didn’t seem to flow in the way I wanted them to. However, the colour story is in keeping.
