The relief elements in the structure of these installations are qualities that I want to emphasise. I want movement to be insinuated. I want growth to be alluded to. I want to fill a space with an elephant in the room. Metaphorically, this is something the project talks about, without talking at all. Something silent that gets whispered about by others. Something that is as uncertain of its existence than you are of it.

I bought this overhead projector. I’m starting to think the ways in which I want my audience to interact with my work during the exhibition. A tangible involvement with this piece of technology could mean that the viewer gets to change what they are looking at. I am considering the use of drawings on clear plastic sheets, that will vary in shape and size. These slides can then be interchanged on the projector. Here is what I experimented with today.
